Bullying can  continue over time, is often hidden from adults, and will probably  continue if no action is taken.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">While the bullying definition is  broad and can occur in a variety of  environments it usually is a  relationship problem and requires  relationship-based solutions. These  are best solved in the environment in which they occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">What Bullying is not<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">single episodes of social rejection or dislike<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">single episode acts of nastiness or spite<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">random acts of aggression or intimidation <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">mutual arguments, disagreements or fights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">These actions can cause great distress. However, they do not fit the   definition of bullying, and they&#8217;re not examples of bullying unless   someone is deliberately and repeatedly doing them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">For additional information on Bullying please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stopbullying.gov\/\">StopBullying.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Sexual Harassment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome sexual advances, requests  for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual  nature when either:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Conduct is made as a term or condition of an individual&#8217;s   employment, education, living environment or participation in a   community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 21%\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"230\" height=\"248\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.lifestylerz.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/stop_sexual_harassment.jpg\" alt=\"Stop sexual harassment!\" class=\"wp-image-365 size-full lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 230px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 230\/248;\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Acceptance or refusal of such conduct is used as the basis or a factor in decisions affecting an individual&#8217;s employment, education,   living environment, or participation in a community. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">The conduct unreasonably impacts an individual&#8217;s employment or  academic performance or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive   environment for that individual&#8217;s employment, education, living situation, or participation in a  community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Sexual harassment is defined by law and includes requests for  sexual favors, sexual advances or other sexual conduct when (1)  submission is either explicitly or implicitly a condition affecting  daily living or employment decisions; (2) the behavior is sufficiently  severe or pervasive as to create an intimidating, hostile or repugnant  environment; or (3) the behavior persists despite objection by the  person to whom the conduct is directed. Lifestylerz\u00a9 considers such  behavior, whether physical or verbal, to be a breach of its standards of conduct and will seek to prevent such incidents and take corrective  action when sexual harassment occurs within our platform.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Report Abuse<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">We strongly urge the users of this platform to report anything they deem as suspicious activity of another user.  Abuse is a very serious matter and any and all claims will be investigated.  Users may expect to receive an initial response that their claim has been received and the review process of their report has begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Types of\nabuse to report immediately:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Any purpose that is illegal<\/li><li>Spam, solicit money from or defraud other users<\/li><li>Impersonate any person or post any images of another person without his or her permission<\/li><li>Bullying, stalking, intimidate,  assault, harass, mistreat or defame another user<\/li><li>Content that violates or infringes upon anyone&#8217;s rights, including rights to privacy,  copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or contract right<\/li><li>Any content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic; incites violence;  or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence<\/li><li>Posting any content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual<\/li><li>Soliciting passwords for any purpose, or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users or disseminate another person&#8217;s personal information without their permission<\/li><li>Falsely using another user&#8217;s account<\/li><li>Creating multiple disingenuous accounts<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Provide Evidence<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In our best efforts to conduct a thorough investigation, we can not take action without supporting evidence.  In your email to <a href=\"mailto:  Abuse@Lifestylerz.Us\">Abuse@Lifestylerz.Us<\/a>   please include screen captures, video content or other supporting proof.
