The famous guitar notes that make up \nthe intro to Stairway to Heaven is considered a musical work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>(3) Dramatic works<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Includes plays, screenplays, and TV scripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>(4) Choreographic works<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Includes dances, ballets, and mime performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>(5) Pictorial, graphic, and sculptural works<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Includes paintings, drawings, photographs, and digital illustrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>(6) Motion pictures and other audiovisual works<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Includes movies, live webcasts that are being saved, slideshows, and video podcasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>(7) Sound recordings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">While\n the musical notes that make up a song is protected as a musical work, \nthe actual recording of that performed notation is protected as a sound \nrecording.
